My home is located just a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, a popular tourist destination in Western North Carolina. I highly recommend this area of the Southeastern United States as a very enjoyable place to vacation, with lots of activities, great shops, and wonderful restaurants, including many vegetarian and vegan options. Many visitors find Western North Carolina so appealing that, upon returning home from their visit, they pack up their bags and move here to live.
