How did you learn to communicate with faeries, angels, and other spirit beings?

I am clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient. I can see, hear and feel the energy of spirits, faeries, angels, devas, and other spirit beings. I have had these psychic abilities since I was a child when I slept in a bedroom in the basement of a very haunted house in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The windows were half buried in the earth, and so many spirits visited me at night that I could barely sleep at all. I would often escape my room and roam the prairie beneath the night sky to avoid their constant company.

It was at that very difficult time in my life that my faerie guides first began to make themselves known to me in an effort to help me deal with the many ghostly visitors. As I grew older, I learned to shut the ghosts out of my conscious awareness, but in doing so, I also shut out my faerie companions.

Several years after I met and married my wife, I began to open up to the world of spirit once more, and that is when my faerie guides again made themselves known to me. These same Celtic faerie guides have been with me now for many years and continue to help me grow spiritually. They often refer to me by my spirit name of Merlin, and I feel very blessed to have them in my life. As a result of our experiences with the fair folk, my wife and I now honor the ancient Celtic holidays.

What is a faerie pathway reading?

During a reading, I act somewhat like a translator at the United Nations. I do my best to listen carefully and convey to you guidance from my faerie guides and from your own guides, angels, family, ancestors, or faeries. I may also describe to you the appearance of those who are speaking. You are welcome to ask questions before or during the session.

What information could you provide about my past lives?

Contrary to popular opinion, some people in the physical world have had only one lifetime on earth. There are other people, however, who have lived more than one life. Although the life you are living NOW is your most important life, you may still be curious as to whether you have ever lived before. Chances are, if you do have that curiosity, it is because you have experienced other lifetimes on the physical earth.

Although events that have occurred in your present lifetime have greatly influenced who you are now, experiences from past lives can sometimes influence the way you view and react to those events. Because of this, learning about relevant lifetimes may help you understand your current life better. There are also occasions when learning what event you shared with a specific person in a past life can help you better understand your interactions with that person now.

When discussing past lives, I will advise you of events that appear to be having the most influence on your life today. It is also possible that some of your ancestors will wish to join the discussion.

How does a phone consultation work?

Phone consultations are just as effective as those held in-person. If you have questions, you can ask them. If you prefer not to ask questions, your angels, guides and family will speak on topics of their own choosing.

For phone readings within the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico, I ask that you provide me with your phone number, and I will call you at your scheduled appointment time. If you are located in another country, please call me at the time of your scheduled appointment at 828-645-2674.

What if I want an in-person reading?

Scheduled in-person readings are offered at my home in Weaverville, North Carolina. Once your reading has been scheduled, you may click here for driving directions.

Please note that my wife and I have two cats and one dog. Also, our neighbor's small, friendly dog sometimes escorts guests to the door when they arrive at our house. Because of this, if you are afraid of or allergic to dogs or cats, it would be best for you to schedule a phone or email reading.

What are email readings?

Email readings are just as effective as phone or in-person readings. The main difference is that you won't be able to ask questions during the session. This type of reading can be especially useful for those in other countries who prefer not to incur long distance phone bills for a phone reading. Another advantage to an email reading is that you can review it as many times as you wish.

For email readings, you are welcome to submit three questions. I will try to cover your questions during the session, but your angels and guides may choose to address other issues that you did not ask about. Because they know you very well and care about you deeply, they sometimes have their own ideas of what they wish to share with you.

At present, email consultations are dictated, transcribed, and then emailed to you. You can expect to receive the transcribed copy by email within a few days of your appointment time. You will be advised at the time you schedule your appointment of when to expect your written email transcript.

Can I tape record my session?

You are welcome to tape record your session. However, I do not allow videotape recordings, and this includes the audio portion of a videotape recorder.

What happens if I need to change my appointment date or time?

You can change your appointment date and time at no charge, but I do ask that you submit your request at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment up to 7 days before your appointment date; however, a $15 cancellation fee will be assessed to cover the cost of processing the refund. No refunds are granted within 7 days of the appointment, but you can reschedule your appointment to a later date at no charge.
